Absolutely gorgeous!!! I think I will CASE and use for MIL's Valentine's Day Card - thanks for posting!!!
And yes, of course Old Olive can be a neutral - for that matter, most greens and most blues are neutral IMHO - they're colors of nature (leaves, grass, sky, water, etc.)
