Stamped bkgrd with music note stamp in versamark, added ep & heat. Stamped boy image and coloured with prismacolour pencils. Cut out with SB die. Added the sky and text ‘cause it needed something there! Printed the digi image from Leigh Grady and stamped the drums – coloured both with PC pencils. Cut both out with circle punches. Distressed the edges of all pieces and added some stickles on the sand. Wasn’t sure where I was going with this but pretty happy with the outcome. The first one I started (and had all coloured) was a beach scene but it had a girly, umbrella drink and I couldn’t figure out a way to hide it (The reason for the drums, is that I play (or attempt to play) the Djembe (west African hand drum) and although these aren’t djembe’s (they’re bongos), they remind me of the fun I have drumming on the beach! And I’m a Scorpio, so water + drums = woo hoo!

What an awesome card! I love how you got so many different elements into it...music, beach, playing in the sand, a little sparkle, a cool new Leigh digi, and a great beat from the drums! Whoo Hoo is right! Yep, you are a teapotter alright! Lucky for us!

I have a different Stampendous music stamp, but that one looks really great. I love the Stickles in the sand too, they really give the feel of walking along just where the waves are breaking on the shore line.

What a lovely card...serene, sweet and full of feel-good. I love how you incorporated both of Anthony's favorite things into one harmonious scene. Nicely done.
