For Free for All Challenge F4A64 ... to make the sentiment the focal point.
I clear embossed the rose onto water colour paper, added some striped SU ribbon, and then popped it up with dimensionals and mounted it on a black card base. The sentiment is black embossed and then cut out and matted with Spellbinders dies. Two paper roses are tucked in to finish things off.
