Before I tell you about it, I just want to apoligize to all the Teapotters, it was one of those crazy weeks & I didn't get a chance to comment on all your wonderful creations! 'm sorry and I plan to do better this week!
The bird was made using the 2-step bird punch in bashful blue. Then I sponged him in bashful blue and marina mist, with so saffron on his belly.
I used a circle nestie to make a hole in the center. Then I stamped the leaves with a stamp from 'Pretty Amazing' in old olive. Next it was embossed with a wood grain EF and I sponged it lightly wih Tim Holtz antique linen. The little flowers were made with one of the itty bitty punches in regal rose, edges sponged and pearls in the centers.
For the top I used creamy caramel embossed with the forest branches EF. Then I rounded the corners and sponged on more mustard, and creamy caramel. I used fiskars scissors to get the jagged edge.
The bottom is also creamy caramel. It's embossed with the seeing spots EF and then I sponged on creamy caramel, close to cocoa, chocolate chip & white craft.
The Destination Station is a fellow Teapotter, can't wait to see who it is!

Guess what!! I'm the lucky teapotter who gets this fabulous card!! Yeah!!! Lucky me. This card is soooo wonderful - I LOVE the way you used all the embossing folders and sponging for the birdhouse that matches the teapot this week. All those textures work so well together and Beulah is the sweetest little bird sitting there on her perch admiring the pretty punched flowers. Like the Mudder said, I'll be stalking my mailbox waiting for this awesome card to arrive. It's so much fun to get a fellow stamper's card in the mail - great idea Cindy. Can't wait to see it IRL.

Laurie, this is beautiful! Love your choice of embossing folders, especially the one used for the stones. Awesome sponging... your bluebird is PERFECT! I'm so glad this gorgeous creation is going to Auntie Susan... that means I'll get to see it IRL! That's almost as good as getting it in my own mailbox!
