They made me think of this retired SU set Seasonal Birds and I thought this would make a fun Mother's Day card. I used the Fancy Tags die to make a "plate rack". I cut the center part of that out using a rectangle die.
Each bird was stamped and punched with a 1 1/2" circle. I colored the birds with colored pencils (which acts as a resist since they're wax based) and then sponged background color in. I pressed each circle into a Versamark pad and then coated it with Glassy Glaze EP and clear EP. I melted this and then did another coat of clear powder and melted that for a smooth finish.
I wasn't really sure how to finish the card. It might have worked better to just do a long rectangle card for this, but I went with a 5" X 7" to fit the length of the "plate rack". So to balance the card I embossed the bottom left corner of the card with the Elegant Bouquet folder from SU and then added a greeting.

You know I picked this as one of my favorites and then failed to leave you a comment and I want to apologize for that. I love the debossing that you have done on this one, but the plates are just amazing... Love the colors and the details.... Great Card!!!!
