I am truly enjoying making these little matchbox drawers and turning them into something sentimental. This is for my sister who was the closest to Grandma. The dimensions of this piece are: 9" tall, 7.5" wide and 3.5" deep. First I made the 6 drawers and stacked them with a recessed shelf between and dropped down one level. This was also reinforced with chip board. Then I cut the frame from a QuicKutz die and added a silver metallic mirror and some Recollections paper roses. I used a Fiscars punch for the fancy wood trim and added some jewelry notions for the drawers. The perfume bottles are made from decorative gems I had laying around from an old Christmas project. The doilies are MS punch and the picture frames are Spellbinder charm dies. The feet are eight large pearl beads that I colored with my gold leaf pen. The whole back is reinforced with heavy chipboard. Be careful not to glue the drawers to the back like I did. I had to use my craft knife to get them apart. Yes, there will be treasures in each drawer. The little bench started as part of the core of a wrapping paper roll, covered and decorated. The padded top fits down inside the tube and more treasures can be hidden there.

This is simply magical! Your attention to detail is marvelous. Those perfume bottles are perfect as is every other detail that you've added. This is absolutely amazing.

This is gorgeous! Normally I do not have the patience for projects like this but I absolutely adore this and will attempt to CASE it. If I have a bad time replicating this I may come back to you for some instruction, though your directions you wrote seem pretty good. Again, great work.
