This is for today's CAS color challenge - white, kraft, chocolate chip and wild wasabi - and the Try a New Technique challenge to make a ribbon bookmark. I used Spellbinders Nestabilities circles and scalloped circles and sponged the circles while still in the die. The owl is colored with copics. I sealed the end of the ribbon with a lit match so that it wouldn't fray with use. I added faux stitching around the circles to pick up the stitching pattern in the ribbon.

Your little owl is sooo cute and beautifully colored...the sentiment is adorable, too!!! Adding the faux stitching was such a wonderful detail and thanks for the tip about using the lit match to prevent fraying!!!
