You know that usually I am good at following the rules and almost always get to come in the front door, but today I couldn't help making this card even if it means I have to climb in through the window . It won't be the first time I've done it. And given that it's been a manic day and I was going to use the sneak peak, I'm doing well to arrive today at all, through a window or a door.
I know that when PB released their 12 Days of Christmas clear sets they used this for the French hen, although the clear stamps are a bit smaller than my wood one.
A2 black base. Matt layer is green Bazzill. Image layer; hen stamped three times + two masks. Masked them and the foreground and stamped the trees in Versafine Olympia Green. Painted the foreground with gesso for a bit of texture and sprinkled some glitter over. Coloured the trees and hens with re-inkers, added Glossy Accents to the beaks and wine glasses. Sponged the sky and sun. Computer generated sentiment.
Oh dear, I think those chicks have already had a glass or two; there seem to be a lot of chicken prints wandering aimlessly around, they even stumbled over my sentiment. .
I hope this will bring a smile to Vicki's SIL. I believe Cindy did say she liked wine!!
I can't think of anything better to bring along than some more red wine and French bread!! After all, if Cindy baked and iced 42,000 cookies something savoury might be a change.

OMGoodness Sabrina!! It is such a hoot what stamps we have in our repetoires!! My son asked if I had a pajama stamp for his pajama jama rama all nighter name tag. As a matter o' fact, I had a chicken in a nightshirt!! He looked at me funny and said NAH, but I made it anyway and he liked it and all the team wanted me to make them one too. I will SOOOO meet you at the window and help you in. Thanks for the giggle!!
