I was thrilled and amazed when my card was selected as a winner for Round 1 of the Winter CAS design team challenges. It wasn't that many years ago when I was simply CASEing other people's cards!!
When I saw the challenge for Round 2, I knew immediately what I wanted to do. Then I started second guessing myself and I spent three days playing with other ideas. Because I was trying to "force" those cards instead of doing what I truly wanted to do, I didn't love any of them.
The problem was that the title of the challenge is Crazy Relative - and this card definitely does NOT fit that title. I went back and carefully read the requirements and basically the only requirement was to use a family title on your card. I realized that this card would fit and only ten minutes later, I had my challenge card!
This is a card that I have planned to do for a year and I am so glad this challenge finally "convinced" me to get it done. See my new blog for the meaning behind this card.

The images stamped in green on the kraft paper looks wonderful! I also like how you stamped the son part of your sentiment in green also. The red butterfly adds a nice splash of color as well. Thanks for sharing.
