For todayÂ’s WT296 challenge we are to make a Remembrance Day card.
I chose to make a simple card using the set “Welcome Home” by Mark’s Finest Papers.
I thought that I would try and do some water coloring onto linen paper and was surprised that it turned out so well “I think”.
I stamped the image and sentiment in Palette Noir and water colored with some water color pencils.
I then die cut an Nestie oval in a complimentary color linen cs and finished by embossing it with a scrollwork embossing folder.
The bg matting is a black lines cs.
All supplies used are from Mark's Finest Papers.
