Ok........I've bought the stamp set and am waiting for it to get here! Now.......I just need you to come to my house and show me HOW YOU DID THIS!!!! I know you masked it but I just don't understand.
This is so cool because it looks like you just dropped a bunch of flower heads on the floor and they landed like that!

I am blushing beyond belief !!!! Thank you all so much for the nice comments. To answer a few of your questions:
-I worked with three mattes total. Didn't always use all of them. I start with the flower in the top left and just worked my way around the paper. I tried not to go straight across as I wanted it to have a scattered look so you can almost see where the line of flowers goes from the top left one. Then I just filled in. I used the stamp-a-ma-jig and that helped hold some of the matte's in place. One tip. Once you have the flowers cut out that you are going to matte with, I suggest putting some kind of mark on the flower so you know which way is up. Continue to use the stamp-a-ma-jig so flowers are all going in the same direction. That way you can easily see how your matte is supposed to lay and it will match with the flower. Clear as mud?
Also, a big tip is to matte the flowers back a bit from the one you previously stamped. I'd say about 1/4 inch. Because, especially if your mattes are cardstock and a little thicker, putting them back 1/4" will allow you to compensate the thickness and have your newly stamped flower to meet directly with the previously stamped one.
I'm sorry, I'm so bad at explaining things. HTH
It took about 20 minutes to do this size cardstock and I coloured the center in with a So Saffron marker.
Thanks again for the really nice comments !
