Using a CD sleeve (envelope) I cut open the back and put a border of small mounting tape pieces around the inside of the window and put confetti on cellophane window. (It helps to use a used dryer sheet to wipe over cellophane and confetti to remove static electricity.) Stamped image on a piece of cardstock and checked to see it is centered over window. Removed paper from mounting tape and adhered image. Closed back using tape and layered on to a card. Saw a Halloween card on SCS but don't remember who did it--but thanks for the idea.
