Here is my card for Dante, the little fisherman. When I read the story, I just couldn't get that darn McDonald's jingle out of my head! And now, you too, will be singing along! If you need the words - look at the inside...♪♫♪
Wow! Do these challenges challenge me! Last week baseball, this week fishing! Yikes!
Did the border on the computer, used Grungeboard (had it but this is the first time using) for the background, ran it through with an embossing folder and inked it with green chalk ink. Scoured the Internet for hours to find the "perfect" fish, printed it, cut it out and used Crystal Laquer - same with fries but printed it three times so I could layer the fries and then put a small amount of Crystal Laquer on it and then sprinkled with sugar for the "salt". I searched for a wooden plaque, printed that out for the wood grain and then cut an oval. Did the "brass nameplate" in word on metallic paper and embossed. The fishing line is a MS sticker.
Inside is a Rubbernecker stamp with a bit of Crystal Laquer for shine and some more MS punches - hope he likes and sings and giggles too!

LOL! You have created an awesome card for Dante! Fishing and french fries... and a song that will produce rounds of laughter each time he looks at this wonderful card!

I am glad I don't know that jingle, or I bet it would be running through my head all day. What a fintastic card - your glossy fish on the wooden board, with the name, and the fries and rod are great too. It's the fish that's the real catch, though.
