This is my card for SC291. I have Queen Anne's Lace all over my yard. I let them grow where I think they will be pretty because they are so easy. You never have to plant them. They come on their own and do great justice to my yard. They are disappearing now because as soon as the "birds nests" start to form, they get pulled so they don't overrun the place next year. ...but I love them.
So these are Queen Anne's Lace (and friends) at sunset with my favorite embossed butterfly. The layers are black, Core' din ations gray and Basic Grey.
PSX butterfly is stamped with VersaMark on gold textured CS, embossed, cut out and popped up. Sentiment is computer generated. tfl

Gorgeous! This has a very rich feel to it with the textures, colors, and distressing. Thanks for sharing both your card and the fun story about your garden. My aunt "plants" Queen Anne's Lace the same way. :-)

you know, one of my favorite things about your style of card making, is how you make a card with tons of distressing and make it look clean. I really like how you do that. Now, on to this beautiful butterfly and bg scene. Stunning!!!! Very wonderful creation my friend
