I decided to try an easel box because I needed a little gift box for one of my Goddaughters. The instructions for the easel box is at JoaniÂ’s Cards Made by Hand http://joaniscardsmadebyhand.blogspo...-tutorial.html
This is also my submission for this weekÂ’s Teapot TuesdayÂ’s challenge MMTPT100 Forums at Splitcoaststampers
Here is my story:
So Silly Sydney is all gaga (that’s not Lady Gaga <>) over Kahuna Kai, leaving her little sister Suzie to gather seashells all by herself. Suzie has collected so many – at least 42000 - she needs her apron to hold them all (Suzie is a very old-fashion girl). Sydney can be as silly as she wants over some stupid boy (Suzie is VERY young and has not grown to appreciate the appeal of a hunky hunk like Kahuna) but Suzie is going to enjoy every barefoot moment at the beach! She loves the warm sand between her toes, the smell of the salt air, the sound of the waves crashing on the beach and the gulls calling overhead. The sea grass makes a lovely rustling sound when the breezes blow and it makes Suzie want to stay there forever. Humph! If that Sydney doesn’t get her mind off of Kahuna soon, Suzie thinks she is going to need to throw 42000 seashells at Sydney so she better start collecting more so there is still some left to take home.

Yikes - I had Sally instead of Sydney . . . had to edit the comments to correct the name . . . should have gone to the beach first I guess so I was thinking straight!

Sally, Sydney, Suzie, Sarah, Sasha, Sorcia, Sandy....Makes no difference...its an S girl, we know that! Snort!
Oh yeah, everyone needs a little sister to keep them on track however give little Suzie a couple of years and she and her sis will be arguing over who drew the most smiles from the hunk! Hee!
I love this card/gift box and how fun you can tuck something away in the little compartment! You could even put seashells....maybe that's where you came up with Sally, isn't it Sally that sells seashells by the seashore????? Its the coolest....I love it....very cool for todays challenge!
