Hi there,
Here is my card for the F4A challenge today. When I read the poem all I could think of was being at the park in Waterloo and sitting under the big trees licking ice cream....watching the birds, butterflies and ducks and geese in the lake. Ohhh...I wanna go right now!!! So peaceful and 'screams" summer to me.
I used the newly released images from Innovative Stamp Creations called Take Flight. I made a recessed window card using these instructions: Recessed Window Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers It creates a great frame for your image.
Hope you like it and thanks so much for looking,
Karen

I love the colors you used in this card!! Your butterflies are so pretty. It sounds like a beautiful scene that you are describing to us here. We just had friends from Waterloo visit us.

Love the colors you used Karen!! This was a fun one to try..it does look great in that recessed window!! TFS and have a wonderful weekend!! Hope you get some relaxation time in!!
How beautiful!! Your card looks just like an image I cut out of a magazine where all the butterflies were all over the tree trunk...and they were blue, too! I love this image and you framed it so beautifully. tfs
