Taped off blocks. Put post it notes to cover up all the paper that I didn't want to stamp on and did one corner at a time (masking). Removed center block post it note last and layered and taped the verbage down. Mounted to bottom later and then to card stock. Lastly I used beading tape as a border around the "get well soon" and poured Perfect FX on top of it and mashed it down firmly.

Perfect Fx are flakes... I'm not sure what all you can do with them yet. They are new (to me anyway). I stuck them down with a double sided sticky tape normally used for beading. They come in all different colors. I just thought they would be a nice extra and different touch. I got them at a store in Austin, but I'm sure you can look them up and get them anywhere - if not, pm me and I'll get you the website to a local place to where I shop.
