This is for this week'sTeapot Tuesday. As always, you're invited to follow along or join in here: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
This week, the teapotters are supposed to assemble at the home of Markie's Mom, also home of Speedy the Cat. Faith is trying to come up with a ruse to get Speedy out of the house, because we ALL know what happens when Speedy is around!
As luck would have it, Speedy just received a post card from his cousin Jacques, who lives in France. asking if he'd like to come for a visit. So, if Faith is willing to foot the bill, she can send her friendly feline to France.
Image is stamped on a piece of polished stone I had sitting around. The typewriter letters are cut from a piece of DP and have abut 5 layers of Diamond Glaze on them

Wow that polished stone background is stunning - and so are the images stamped on top! I can't imagine Speedy turning down such an awesome offer to go to France!

Gorgeous, love your polished stone technique and the colors are just awesome. I like your stamp, too. Hope Speedy get his trip to France, sounds like there could be a romantic ending to this one, when he meets a beautiful French feline who takes his mind off the tea party he missed.

Oh WOW, talent for painting runs in the family! Jacques is as good at Impressionistic painting as Speedy will be by the end of the weekend! I MUST try this polished stone technique because you made it look soooo gorgeous! Love the old type brads/Cat sentiment, too! PERFECT TPT card!
