I loved Stef's IC challenge today. I was tempted to use photos on my card, but in the end I stuck with stamping.
I know this needs something else, but nothing I have tried works.
My first thought was that Ireland is famous for its Forty Shades of Green - and then I thought, it's green because it rains so much .
A2 gold base.
Next two layers are Polished Stone incorporating 3 shades of green Alcohol Inks - Pesto, Bottle and Meadow, with some Gold mixatives on the bottom layer. All edges sponged lightly with black. The Rubber Romance girl was stamped on watercolour paper with Versafine Black and coloured with H2Os. Her belt and handbag were stamped a second time, and layered,so the ends of the belt are loose, and the bag, while the handles of the bag and tied part of the belt are stuck straight to the card. The umbrella was also stamped twice, and embossed with clear EP before being popped up on foam.
I tried brads and flowers in the top right corner, but I can't get anything to work. I thought I had some raindrop shaped gems, but can't find them.
And it's NOT raining - it's glorious warm sunshine and everybody is out cutting their grass.

Ireland!!! How cool!! I would like to see all of that green some day. And I love cutting the grass - it's a great way to be outside and get exercise at the same time. I wanted to cut my grass today, but fell and sprained my ankle. It's not as bad as my past sprains thankfully. :>)

I don't think it needs anything. I love your polished stone. Have not done that in a long while. So pretty in those greens. Beautiful coloring on your image.

Your background reminds me of the Connemarra Marble that I've seen on (don't laugh) QVC when they have their Irish celebrations. All those lovely shades of green. This lady looks quite fashionable. So glad you're having a wonderful day, although I don't envy you the sound of all those mowers!
