Well, since I got to Boston a little early this time to help Cindy set up, I took a walk around the hotel where the crossword puzzle challenge is taking place, and what do you know – there’s a Scrabble tournament going on in the ballroom across the hall. I even found a board where someone used the word “T-E-A” (If you play it on a triple word space, you get 9 points—whoopee!). Now I just have to convince Chris to stretch his legs and take a walk around the Scrabble tournament, so Crisaane and I can make him get a Clue. (No, wait, that was a different teaparty). How handy that the Scrabble player is drinking tea, too, and looking at the Sunday crossword puzzle while waiting for his opponent to make a play. If that doesn't wake Chris out of his brainblock, nothing will.
(Do you think this is the first card in the history of SCS where the NY Times Sunday Crossword puzzle is an accessory? I cut it out and photocopied it onto cardstock)

This is great! Love that you combined friends and tea - two wonderful blessings from God! Great job.

This is perfect. I love the red and black and paper tearing. Love the scrabble letters. You did not take those from the Scrabble tournament table did you?! Hee.
