This is my inspiration
I was drawn to the stirpes and dots on this dress.
I paper pieced the dress and umbrella, even cut out the tiny pockets..
the scalloped oval is embossed with swiss dots, I drew the rain and the dots on her boots.
coloring is gamsol/prisma pencils.

Judy, You hit the jackpot once again. This is the sweetest and cutest card. I love all the sweet detail---your darling flowers, the scallops and dotted swiss embossing, the paper piecing....I love it all

She is so darn cute! Love the paper piecing - lots of tiny cutting, but the end result is wonderful! Fabulous layout and design - great inspired piece!

Love all those spots and stripes - and the embossing on the white oval. I just wouldn't bother, thinking how little would show, but it certainly looks great.
