Hi! This card was made for the Ways to Use it Challenge: Tagged, Use a tag on a card! It was also made for today's Stampin' B's Challenge: Acetate Window Card!
Today’s Stampin’ B’s Challenge to make an Acetate Window Card seemed to be a bit too “challenging” to me…However, I figured out how to do it, and I like the results.
I used a square Nestie and cut a hole into the card base. Next, I centered the next larger Nestie around the cut out and embossed the area with a stylus! Super easy! Next, I cut the clear packaging from microwave popcorn into a square larger than the hole. I used Mono Adhesive to attach the clear square to the inside of the card.
The inside was made by stamping the pine in Landscape, Jardin Moss and Burnt Umber. The ornament was stamped in VersaMark and embossed in gold. It was cut out, sponged with Nude, Cognac and VERY lightly with Moulin Rouge. It was adhered to the inside with double sided tape. I made a small bow with cording and adhered it to the inside with a glue dot. This should mail pretty flat! I added the tag to the front. It was stamped like the inside and I added a charm and cording.
