I have combined six challenges to make this card for my little sis, Rachel.....she's all about funky colors and no fru-fru stuff like her twin, Rebecca... I will make something girly for HER next. Anyhoo....I started off with the color and sketch challenges from Christian Paper Crafts this week, then Lynn's 5-layer button challenge, Julia's 'out of your box' challenge (I used distressing, which is STRESSFUL for me!), Judy's S.O.S. challenge....'S' for sketch, 'O' for orange, and 'S' for stars; and last but not least, Stef's Inspiration Challenge to use an item from The Pajama Squid store as your inspiration. I chose THIS PILLOW because it had the same colors of the card I had already started.....I know, I put the cart in front of the horse!!
Oh, for a closer look at the buttons, click on my blog.....I used Ranger Crackle Accents after I sponged them with Close to Cocoa.
Thanks for all of the fun challenges, girls!!!
Have a blessed weekend, everyone!!!

Beautiful colour combo. I think this could be adapted very easily for a guy card, though I am sure your sister will love it. I like how the crackle glaze turned out on the buttons - I nearly tried that yesterday for a change from the clear glaze. Now I know that it looks good, I'll go for it next time
