Hello everyone! I think this is the first time I've been able to play in an inspiration challenge in forever! But I had some early morning hours alone so I made this with this bag from Moyna Bags as my inspiration: http://moynabags.com/cgi-local/SoftC...3e9+1257778909
Gorgeous bags and great site!
Anyhoo... I used the newly released and gorgeous Our Daily Bread designs set "Get Well"and stamped with Versafine, then clear heat emobossed. I then applied embossing beadable tape to my image and covered it with Sugar Dust Beads (La Jolla). The DP is Making Memories (Michaels), and I spritzed it with Glimmer Mist (Pearl) from ODBD. The butterfly is a cuttlebug die/embossing combo on which I rubbed black ink on the negative side before embossing. I cut a second one out of basic black and mounted both together. The pearls are Prima, also from ODBD, and I cut out the trail from a larger flourish and applied that to the left side. The photo does not show all the tendrils of the flourish...I was trying so hard to capture the shimmer of the beads and the raised area where the embossing is that I missed some of the pearls being in focus I guess. The card is simple but has an elegant feel. Thanks so much for looking!
Please stop by my blog for more details on this and other good stuff!
