Measurements: the image panel - 2 ¼ x 2 9/16” with 1/8 and 3/16” borders, striped layer – 3 1/8” tapering to 3/16” to accommodate the border punch and its 4 ¼” wide, the light turquoise is 2 1/4 x 4 ¼”
The black borders are strips that are glued to the card, not extra layers.
-The image is colored with Prismacolor pencils, baby oil and paper stumps using the Gamsol technique which you can find in the resources section here at SCS.
-The black borders under the punched borders are from the stamp punch and itÂ’s the negative section that we normally throw away and I just glued it to the cardstock.
-The gems are attached with Diamond Glaze.
The ribbon is 3/4” strips that I also attached with Diamond Glaze. I attach one end then the other end is attached same side up and right next to the first one which gives the loop effect.

This is fabulous! I was wondering how you did the double punched layer...couldn't figure that out until I read what you did with the black negative piece! TFS that info and the sketch rocks!
