Oh, the weathered background is spot on for the lighthouse. After all, there's plenty of wind and salt-spray to give that effect. I like the twine, too.

Whoo Hoo! Diane's here! Hi Diane! So good of you to come and I know by your screen-name you musta brought 617 fish!!
That's just about enough for us to meet our quota girlfriend!! Hope you had a good trip over. Did you see the girls in the fishing boat on your way in?? Yeah, 45 of them in a little tug boat.....Snort!
I absolutely love the weathered, sponged paper you put with your lighthouse image! Its beautifully done and works so well with our little lighthouse challenge! I am so glad your lighthouse stamp was calling your name from your desk and we got to see this great card!
Okay, follow me. I will show you where you can put your stuff! Oh yeah and where to put your 617 fish! Snort!

I took a hike yesterday and got good and lost; so I didn't see that you'd arrived until just now. Welcome to the par-tay! What fun you will have!
Your lighthouse creation is wonderful! I agree wholeheartedly that your sponged weathered bg adds so much to an already fabulous card! Really lovely!

Diane, what a gorgeous scene! I love those colors together,m such a 'softness' about them. The twine is genius! So masculine. Beautiful work! TFS
