I had limited time this morning, being that I had to get to Nova Scotia and all!!! So I paper pieced a simple little lighthouse scene. I specifically bought the Ruche Crepe paper to use as water one day, so it was fun to break open that pack of paper! The other blue is a Micro Sparkle, the sand and rocks are in Currency.
I'm not very happy with this and, in retrospect, think I should have brought fish to the party instead! We do need 42,000 of them afterall! LOL
I need to get myself to work, so I'll comment later.
Have a great day!

I love this! So creative - I always have trouble with that when I'm pressed for time. Love all the textures - the paper you used for the water is perfecto!

Well, Miss Emily, aren't you the creative one! This is fabulous! Love your paper crafted lighthouse! The paper you used for the water is wonderful! Looks like tiny ripples in the water! Lots of talent and texture! Outstanding!
P.S. You're welcome to come on over and play anytime you want!

Goodness! You created this in a hurry before work!? It's fantastic! The water paper is perfect. Glad we have enough fish for the tea party...but I'd rather have biscuits (cookies).
