Today's limited supply challenge was to make a card with a summer activity theme. Bonus if a tag is used on the card! Got it!! Good thing there were no limits on embellishments, because as soon as I got in my room, I completely forgot that this was a limited supplies challenge! The layout was inspired by sc241.
As a teacher, I do most of my stamping in the summer months, which are sadly over after today for me! Sure won't be very many challenges completed until Christmas break!! In honor of my favorite summer activity, I broke out Stella Stamper for my card. Can you see the bits of glitter in her hair...that's me!!!
The inside has the sentiment about how this habit started with one little stamp and I don't want recovery! Very appropriate for me because the other day my son called and asked what I was doing. Told him I was at the LSS playing for the day. He proceded to tell me how I have a serious problem and I am completely addicted and needed help. I told him that it was true that I have an addiction, but they don't have a 12 step program for it because NO ONE wants recovery from it!! My friend next to me said that the 12 step program for stamping was to get 12 sheets of cs and stamp something!! I will be giving this to my son as a just because card! He will love it! Deep down, he is my biggest fan!
Anyway, thanks for letting me ramble! It's been a great summer of SCS challenges!! Thaniks for taking a closer look!!

Oh how fun!!! I love your crazy stamper!! I like how she is wearing her slippers. Don't tell anyone, but I often stamp in my pajamas. Why get dressed if you don't plan on leaving your craft room?! I hope you have a wonderful year back at school, with all good kids. I sure hope you can still find some time to stamp.

Oh wow...it's been a while since I've seen stampin' Stella! I can totally relate to stampin' in the summer...once school starts, it's hard to find my stampin' table because of all the school papers! Cute card!

Lynnor, this is perfect. My first thought when I saw the challenge was, that my favorite activity summer, winter, spring or fall is stamping. But unfortunately I don't have any stamping stamps. I hope you have a great school year!!

I like your story about why stamping is a summer activity. I wouldn't be a teacher for love nor money, even though my dad was one who both enjoyed it and was popular. That background is cool!
