Ok. I hope this qualifies as distressed. I tried sponging the sides with some chocolate chip and close to cocoa and it just didn't work with this card. I'm a "beginner" at sponge distressing. Definitely need to go watch more tutorial videos over on youtube...
So, I resorted to old-fashioned distessing: me and my scissors. I scissor distressed the edges of all the panels and I did sponge some More Mustard around the perimeter of the card and lightly rubbed it over the distressed edges of the panel.
I added an Aqua Mist ribbon for a little pop of color and some pearls to add to the "antique-y" look of the card. Overall? Not too bad... though I have learned that I need to work on new distressing techniques. It's just not something I use a whole lot.

I love your colors (think i even have the dp in my stash!). I also like the long sentiment, it goes great with the sketch! You did a great job with the de-stressing!
