This is my second card for the challenge and this time I was inspired by these boxes (third photo) that reminded me of polished stone and the top yellow and red colors caught my eye, I left the darker color out of the background so it wouldnÂ’t conflict with the lions.
Stef really finds some inspiring sites, thanks again for the challenge!
Polished stone is a bit hard to photograph and in real life itÂ’s just a bit less red and I did adjust it in the photo program but to do more interfere with the lionÂ’s color.
-Polished stone technique is done for the background.
-The red layer is stamped with the Distressed Gird.
-Lions are colored with Prismacolor pencils, cut out and attached to the card with tape and glue.
-Brads go through the top three layers.

Polished stone hard to photograph? I must say there are many things I find harder - H2Os, Fantasy Film and acetate to start with...the TLC on Monday was a right pain!
Your polished stone background makes such a wonderful African sunset setting for that pair of lions.
