I made this card for TLC205 - Paper Pleats and Kitchen Sink Monday's Challenge - to use one of their non floral stamps. I just got this 3 step Sea Shell stamp set last week, and thought it would work perfect with some pleated close to cocoa Candy Lane DSP to make a beach scene.

Definitely feels like a beach day. Your pleats could be sand or a fence like mentioned in previous comments. I see dock pilings. Any which way, I love the effect of the torn paper.
