Disneywed came up with a super-duper challenge for the February CRUSH mini VSN: make a card inspired by your favorite romantic movie.
I'm not a big movie fan, but I do have a few favorites. I never tire of watching "The Princess Bride" and my favorite line from that movie Inigo Montoya's mantra as he searches for his father's murderer. I love how the repition of those words fills him with strength, just when it seemed he was a goner. And the six-fingered man (Note the gold eyelets, please!) is totally perplexed as to why Inigo isn't dead!
So, I chose some patterns that I thought were kind of Spanish-y, and used the monogram "M" to evoke the introduction of Montoya. The six (Spanish) gold eyelets represent the six-fingered man, and they are on the bottom of the card because, of course, the good guy comes out on top!
OK, I admit this is crazy, but I hope you like it!

My daughter and I are still chuckling about this! It is a favorite movie of our family, too. I got us all T-shirts this christmas that have a typical "Hello my name is" lable on the upper left, and inside is written "Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die."
And this is not to minimize your card, it is beautiful!

Wow! Talk about thinking outside the box! I am in awe! This is also my favourite line from one of my all time favourite movies ( although Miracle Max's line comparing an MLT to true love comes a close second). I just couldn't come up with an idea for this challenge, but I absolutely LOVE what you've done here. Way to go!
