-Ink distressing is done before the panels are attached using scrap paper to mask off areas. ItÂ’s also done on each panel and snowman edges.
-Prismacolor pencils color the carrot and heart. I stamped the arms onto the panel then cut the snowman out minus the arms and glued to the card.
-Snowflakes: place rubber in VersaMark first then the colored ink and stamped. Pour on Heat and Stick mixed with Dazzling Diamonds and heat.
-Holly is colored with Prismacolor pencils, cut out, sculpted with a metal ball stylus, glittered the berries with Art Glitter adhesive and Dazzling Diamonds, glued to the card. The glitter was also added to the snowman heart also.
-Dark Red Prismacolor was added to the dark green edges and blended outward. Art Glitter was applied in a straight line alone the same edges and glittered.
The layout is similar but not exact to a purchased greeting card.
What a cute, cute Christmas card! Your little snowman guy is so adorable - you have to smile when you see him. Wonderful layout for the sketch challenge.

Ohhhh this is soooo adorable, Roxie! I love that little Kim Hughes snowman, and I will be shopping for him myself verrrry soon! I hope I can make a card as adorable as this one with him! Love the glitter accents and the holly corners!
