Hello everyone!
I'm so sad to have to make this card today... my heart bleeds for Vicky Gould in the loss of her husband. I used today's limited supply challenge, one blue eye for my inspiration. We were to only use one sheet of designer paper, so I used Le Jardin. We were to use only one ribbon and eyelets, and we had to use blue somewhere on the card. I think I did it right.
I carefully cut the dp so that one gold bird would show, and in the background is one very pale vanilla bird in flight. I stamped my Inie-outie sentiment from My Sentiments exactly in bordering blue, overstamped the cross in Inkadinkado gold ink (since we were not to emboss). I ran the edges of the vanilla panel over the ink pad and put one bordering blue eyelet in the top. I used one piece of pretty gold ribbon and popped up the panel. I believe it could be removed to be a bookmark if desired. I photoed the stamp so you could see the inside sentiment. I also decorated the envelope and inside with the Inkadinkado bird and swirl stamp.
My heart bleeds to have to send this card, but I hope it will bring her some comfort to know we will be praying for her.
Thanks for looking!

Grace, how lovely a greeting for Vicky. I know she will feel the love. We always hope to never need these cards, and yet, we always will- you have made this so beautiful and used the perfect words to convey your heart to Vicky. Bless your heart.
