Well, after being separated from my craft supplies for almost 2 months, I could not believe how difficult it was to get back into the swing of it. I sat and stared at all my stuff for hours before finally starting... I think I just had so many ideas running through my head, I didn't know where to start!
This card is for this weeks color challenge and sketch challenge.
The card base is Wild Wasabi. The second layer is a homemade paper that I don't know the brand of. There are two wide ribbons stacked under the sentiment - IRL the ribbon and the homemade paper are the same color, the ribbon looks more red than eggplant in this photo though.
I stamped the image with black ink, and clear embossed. Then colored the image with my ChartPak markers. A bit of glitter was added to the centers of the flowers.
I cut the image out and placed it on the top layer after rubbing a bit of tempting turquoise ink as a highlight.
Image is by Anita's
Sentiment was cut with small oval nestie and rubbed with tempting turquoise and elegant eggplant.
A piece of DP was added to the envie to coordinate with the card. This card was made as a thank you to my DH's boss who gave us a very nice welcome gift when we arrived in Korea.
Thanks for lookin'

Holy scissors! Quite a cutting job with this image, which I have. So nice to see it again, and I love your vivid color treatment and the blue highlight behind. Gorgeous! TFS. Linda
