When I was tapped to host the Color Challenge for today (8/18/09), I was very excited. I am so inspired by color.
I chose to do a non-card project, as I have been promising the boys I would make name plates for their desks (we are homeschooling). I did alot of sponging and layering of images to achieve this sort of vintage look.

These name plates are wonderful that you did for the boys' desks!! The colors you chose are fab (thanks for having us do them too!), and I love the gears and stars!! TFS these with us!

OMG Toy, what a stunning work of vintage art! I love all your layering, Name plate format, perfect colors, sponging....gosh, just everything. TFS and hosting
