Measurements are according to the green panels before distressing on a regular 4.25 by 5.5 card: 3.75 wide by length of card, flower panel 2 1/8” by 3 1/8”, small panels 1 ¼” by 1 3/16”.
I used JulieÂ’s fossil stone technique on the wide panel which can be found in TLC94. Forums at Splitcoaststampers
The flower is coloring with pad ink. The small panels are stamped in color without inking up to much so some of the white cardstock shows through. I then stamped with VersaMark and clear embossed and got more of a fossil look to match the large panel. Clear glitter pen by Sakura is used to give a touch of sparkle to the flower center and the lines on the small images; it looks real pretty in the right light. The gold is done with a leafing pen.
