Measurements: From the top of card, black to black is 2” the band across including the two black borders is 7/8”. The snowflake panel is an approximant 1 5/8 by 3 5/8”. Hope that helps!
These are not layers on top of each other, I cut strips of the black and shimmer gold and glued them in place do avoid the card front from getting to bulky. The snowflake panel is free hand cut and mounted with foam squares to give dimension.
The blue is polished stone using Bliss Blue and a touch of Almost Amethyst. The lavender layer is embossed with Canvas and clear embossing powder. The sentiment is an inlay - white into the lavender after punching. I taped it on the back to keep it together during assembly.
The gold border for the snowflakes is a shadow stamp and I rolled the edges only in the VersaMark. The snowflakes were stamped and embossed after the outline. I did use a stamp positioner to line these up.
