If you did everything the same as the pink and layered it on the green cardstock it would be perfect! I like the way the green softens the overall look, but the pink design works better...the sentiment is much easier to read, it gets lost on the green version.
Great job on both, I LOVE the subtle double background!

Each is great in its own right. This is the one stamp that is making me want the buffet. One the left, I love the flower itself, with the white. I also love the embellishments. On the right, I really love the background!
