The ODBD Bird Border and Corners image I used was designed by our very own Dawn Lusk (DawnL)!
I colored directly onto the stamp using markers, used the huffing tech and stamped. Spellbinder's Lables 18 Nestabilities were used to cut out and frame the image. I used a pop out flower from a Flower Soft "Wildflower" Kit over the top of the image and a Fleur de Lis Shapeabilitie on the bottom. The background was embossed using a Sizzix E/F. Gold pearls and ribbon were added! TFL!

Positively drop dead gorgeous, Francie!! Love that layering over the embossed BG, and how your colors carry over from the small image to your cutout flowers!
