This is for today's CAS inspiration challenge and the technique challenge to do a punched edge circle - easier than you might think, so give it a try if you haven't already! I paper pieced the onesies coloring the little hearts with copics. The eyelet scallops are done with the SU punch and attached with doublesided tape.

Really cute!! Love the bold blue base with the colorful paper-pieced onsies. Great technique with the scalloped border and love the finishing touch with the bakers twine.
