I decided to cut myself some slack this year. My holiday cards are no layers, no embossing, no embellishments. I let the simplicity of the images and the colors of ink speak against a pure white surface. The paper actually has little silver metallic flecks in it, but the camera didn't pick that up.
This clean design enabled me to generate 40 cards in an hour's time, including interruptions by my children . . . :rolleyes:

Oh, this is such a great card and so simple. I know I can get caught up in all the layers and bellies... and forget you can stamp something beautiful like this on just white paper. Thanks for keeping it simple.

This is soooo elegant yet simple at the same time!! Wish I'd made my Christmas cards this simply!! If I'd tried they wouldn't have come out quite so elegant!!
