Pretty Peony must be my favorite new stamp set, because it's the first one I thought of for today's inspiration challenge. So here's my simple little card--simple layout, only two colors of cardstock and a bit of ribbon, but I'm pleased with it.
I stamped all the peonies on Very Vanilla CS, adhered it to my Sahara Sand card base, and then stamped the whole front with Sanded using (appropriately enough) Sahara Sand ink. Sahara Sand is my new favorite background stamp I just love how it looks over other stamped images. I used sponge daubers to fill in a bit of pink on the flowers and the More Mustard flower centers.

Great card. I love the division of the cardfront. It is divided nicely with the ribbon in between the two pieces. Love that flower stamp. Wonderful job.

What a beautiful card! The color combination, use of texture, and flower motif remind me of wall paper from the 1920's and 1930's. Guess it has kind of a retro-look! Very, very nice job!
