He he he... a little play on words here. I must admit Wanted is NOT one of my fav sets from the Fall Winter Collections. Getting it for free at convention was a very good thing. I probably would not have even THOUGHT of purchasing this set. Now that I have it, however, I REALLY like it. It can be masculine or feminine. It can be nostalgic or fun. It really is a well-rounded set.
On this card, I intended to include a little "Levi Tag" with "friendship" on it. I would have placed it all the way over to the left just under the Really Rust CS.
For the Limited Supplies Challenge today, we are encouraged to NOT use the typical embellishments. I have had these rocks FOREVER. My children love skipping rocks. (Honestly, if you think your life is going by way too fast or your schedule is way to busy or perhaps you simply need a little R&R with God and nature, go skip some rocks on a pond, lake or creek. And if possilbe, do it with children. It will bring things back into perspective.) These rocks were too small to skip but perfectly flat. I brought them home with every intention of creating a card with them. Nope, never did it. So when I read today's challenge, I immediately went to the rocks and, of course, Wanted. Thus... my Wanted Rocks!
Edit note: We weren't suppose to use any punches for this challenge. IKES! I totally missed that. Here is a fun tip that might make up for it... I used the ROUND TAB PUNCH to create my CHOCOLATE CIRCLE which emcompasses my scalloped image. Pretty cool, huh? Recently showed this technique at the Louisville Regional.
