My main panel is 5/8” in from the edge which makes it 3” wide before the matting.
Watercolor crayons color the image on watercolor paper with some Diamond Glaze for raindrops and tool distressing on the edge. Slot punch and Word Window for the tabs. The yellow cardstock already has a texture to it. For the sky I use a worn out H2o brush that I trimmed and do a stipple up and down motion. I did freehand some rain above the image with black marker, do this after all other coloring is finished or it will run.
IÂ’m testing out the image since my SIL has it for sale. It sure is a big one but fun to color, still thinking on that purchase though.
A big thanks to my demo Sheila for giving me a box of scraps to use for Keiki and the soldierÂ’s cards: the yellow and watercolor paper came from her. This will make a nice spring card for Keiki.
