Technique challenge - no layers, no embellishments - only ink and card stock.
Lots of masking and sponging. The ribbon is done by masking off, leaving only a small strip, then filling in with marker and adding white stitch lines. The ends of the clip were masked to look like it was underneath the ribbon.

Amazing, and straight into my favorites! This was a set that I preordered, cut and mounted, and then never used - just couldn't get past it looking like grapes, but now I am IN LOVE! The browns are absolutely stunning. I am totally WOWed by all of your faux work,of course, but it is the colors I never would have thought of with this set that really jumped out at me. Thanks so much for sharing.
