| | I just made a card for the Teapot Tuesday challenge and when I was done, I realize this design would work great for a birthday card for a friend of mine, so I got to work on a 2nd card. My friend loves navy blue and silver together so that determined the color scheme. I struggled with the yellow flowers because I was trying to use blue, and it simply did not work. The circle is mounted up on foam tape so some of the flowers are on top of the circle die and some are tucked under it for added dimension. All of the flowers and leaves are fussy cut out. I am just thrilled to have this card made and it is all thanks to Susie Australia and her fabulous Teapot Tuesday challenge to, "Say It With Flowers." Thank you Susie! And thank you for looking today. ~Karen. |
