I love abstract art - every time you look at it - depending on your mood you see something different. Today I tried making my own piece based loosely on this abstract painting I dragged an assortment of acrylic paints over my cardstock using the edge of an old credit card. While it was drying, I stamped my Unity girl, colored with prismacolor pencils and blended with gamsol and fussy cut the image. Mounted just a strip of my abstract art onto the blue card base. Then adhered my stormy weather girl gluing her feet to the base and using mounting foam to lift the rest of the image. . . .Oops - she was still "floating" as I forgot to put in ground shadow so quickly unstuck the feet colored in some pavement then reglued those toes!

Wow, I’m shaking my head in wonderment as I look at this creation....so very appealing, intriguing and addictive (want to keep looking at it!)
An artist uncle-by-marriage, who taught art at the university level, shared with me his definition of good art - if you find yourself wanting to look at it more, and again...and see something different every time - THAT is good art!
This perfectly defines how I see your creation. Delightful art!
