Today's Inspiration Challenge is hosted by our special Benzi, and she chose this site from which to draw inspiration. When I saw this Laced Metal Wall Hanging, I knew it would be my inspiration piece.
My card is also for two other challenges. 1) Cathy's WT719 - Bring on the Blitz (or shine), and 2) Jeanne's F4A461 - Uno Layero, (one layer card)
My friends, I think this is the simplest and fastest card I have ever made! I have to pat myself on the back, as CAS cards and I do not like each other, and creating cards in a fast manner is foreign to me. However, to create the card, I die cut a heart-shaped mask to cover my card base (Uno Layero). I used the Ombre Technique to brush/blend on three red inks within the heart. I stamped the floral image over the blended heart and added the "LOVE" sentiment below that (represents my inspiration piece). Lastly, I added a piece of adhesive between the heart and sentiment, placed red foil over the adhesive, and rubbed it onto the card (Bring on the Blitz).
I greatly appreciate any comments and I will respond in kind!

Bev, this is gorgeous with the red foil (thank you for sharing how you did that!).....Your stamped wildflower image looks amazing against your shaded red heart. This is wonderful combing all of those challenges!
