I loved the green and gold color combo and the texture of this dress on our inspiration site today: http://i-dont-wear-dresses.tumblr.co...-portrait-of-a
It also fits F4A359: use a die. I used one of Loll Thompson's techniques with alcohol inks that can be found here. Loll always has fabulous techniques that work beautifully on CAS cards.
Using the technique in the video (basically dripping alcohol ink drops on foil, spritzing with water and then laying, dragging paper in the ink, then spritzing/dripping more with blending solution if desired), and let dry. Die cut the bird/leaf and frame and decided to make an inner gold mat in the opening of the frame with some gold foil cs - love that added detail! Gold embossed the sentiment, and assembled with dimensional tape.
Beautiful! I love the background with just green and gold. I tend to use lots of colors with alcohol inks and forget to make these simple but GORGEOUS background with less colors. TFS!
